Jim and Deborah McGaffin are the Founders and Senior Pastors of Liberty Church. With a call on their lives to teach God's Word and help people, Pastor Jim began teaching Bible studies in Iowa and Nebraska, and anywhere people would listen.

Then God called Pastors Jim and Deborah to Pastor a small church in Omaha. With no money and no building, they accepted the challenge over 35 years ago. Only months later they purchased their first church building.

Their desire has always been to reach those who are far from God and teach people who Jesus is and what He came to give us by applying God’s Word to their lives.

Pastors Jim and Deborah have been married for 40 years. They are best friends, work together in the ministry and have four children, Micah, James, Mark, and Mercedes.
